Mariana Delcheva - VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER

Mariana Delcheva joined Polycart Capital first in 1996 and became a Partner of the firm in 2006. She is responsible for sourcing, investing and managing corporate investments. Mariana Delcheva started her career in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in London in 1992, where she advised companies in the Media and Telecom space. After Credit Suisse, Mariana Delcheva joined Terra Firma Capital Partners’ Buy-Out Group in London in 2005, focusing on investing in sectors with real assets and contractual cash flow.

Mira Aleksandrova - VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGING PARTNER

She has extensive private equity investment and operational experience, especially in a broad range of technology-related industries. Prior to Polycart Capital, Mrs. Aleksandrova spent ten years as a managing director at Baalbelus Ltd, where she was responsible for managing Information Partners, a specialized fund within the firm that focused on software, information services and transaction processing companies serving a broad range of end markets.

Stanislav Bonchev - MANAGING PARTNER AND MAJORITY CO-OWNER

Stanislav K Bonchev oversees the firm’s investments as a member of the owner family, as one of our major shareholders. Specialised in the Print, Pack, Paper and Board, IT and Graphic Industries. Prior to Polycart Capital, Mr. Bonchev held senior executive positions in two entrepreneurial operating environments, serving as Corporate Development with Polycart Bulgaria LLC, Gammapack INTL and Polycart Machinery LLC - a production companies with factories in Bulgaria, Germany and Israel

Delcho Mitrev - REGISTERED ACCOUNTANT

Delcho Mitrev was a Managing Director of Esko Software BV, which he joined in 2001. Delcho Mitrev focuses on the broader consumer sector including software, technology and consumer products. Prior to joining Polycart Capital, Delcho Mitrev worked as a Vice President at Sun Capital Partners in the US. Prior to Sun Capital, Delcho Mitrev worked at Blum Capital, San Francisco, US and Morgan Stanley, London, UK in the mergers and acquisitions group.
